All the receptionists were really kind and helpful, especially the Spanish one who also recommended us some monuments and interesting places in Poitiers. The double-bed room was comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a short stay. The shower was big for an individual one and it was good that it was separated from the w.c. I could work and rest because the room is quiet. As for the breakfast, the buffet is varied. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center, which is very convenient ;)

We were met by a very friendly young man Javier who spoke english , spanish, and of course french.He gave us the room earlier than expected and gave advise on our visit to Poitiers. The room was small but clean. The bed was confortable. The location was very convenient close to the train station.

Staff were welcoming and the location was perfect for the 4 nights I was there, right next to railway station..10 minutes walk and you're in central Poitiers..Hotel was what I wanted but coffee making facilities for first thing would have been good but breakfast was sufficient.

Lovely clean room with a great breakfast offering in the morning. The staff were lovely, and the location was great for arriving by coach and wandering. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for 2 adults and a giant 14 yr old, but we made it work for two nights.
